How to use Endobloc Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Endobloc 5mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Endobloc 5mg Tablet is an endothelin receptor antagonist. It works by suppressing the action of endothelin, a natural substance that tightens the blood vessels and prevents normal blood flow in patients who have pulmonary hypertension.

Lactation

Driving
Dizziness or weakness due to low blood pressure may occur in some patients while on Endobloc 5mg Tablet. If you are affected in this way, your ability to drive may be impaired.

Kidney
Endobloc 5mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Endobloc 5mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Limited information is available on use of Endobloc 5mg Tablet in these patients. No dose adjustment is recommended in patients with mild to moderate kidney disease.

Liver
CAUTION
Endobloc 5mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Endobloc 5mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
What if you miss a dose of Endobloc Tablet?
If you miss a dose of Endobloc 5mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
