How to use E-Ova L Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. E-Ova L 2 .5mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
How E-Ova L Tablet works
E-Ova L 2 .5mg Tablet is a aromatase inhibitor. It works by decreasing the amount of oestrogen (natural female hormone) produced in the body. This can slow or stop the growth of some breast cancers that need oestrogen to grow. In addition, it is also useful in infertility whereby it increases the release of certain hormones to stimulate the release of eggs from the ovaries.

Lactation

Driving
E-Ova L 2 .5mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.

Kidney

E-Ova L 2 .5mg Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of E-Ova L 2 .5mg Tablet is recommended. However, there is limited information on the use of this medicine in patients with end stage kidney disease. Please consult with your doctor.

What if you miss a dose of E-Ova L Tablet?
If you miss a dose of E-Ova L 2 .5mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
