Common
Nausea, Headache, Rash, Low blood platelets, Congestive cardiac failure, Insomnia (difficulty in sleeping), Infection, Upper respiratory tract infection, Nasopharyngitis (inflammation of the throat and nasal passages), Fatigue, Fever, Anemia (low number of red blood cells), Chills, Diarrhoea, Cough, Weight loss, Altered taste, Mucosal inflammation, Decreased white blood cell count (neutrophils), Stomatitis (Inflammation of the mouth).

Canmab 440mg Injection is a monoclonal antibody specifically designed to target HER2 receptors on breast cancer and stomach cancer cells. It flags the cancer cells for destruction by the body’s immune system.

- Take extreme care while taking trastuzumab as it can cause heart failure, especially if you have heart disease or if you are also receiving certain other cancer medicines.
- You may need to undergo biopsy test during trastuzumab treatment to check the effect of trastuzumab.

Canmab 440mg Injection is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
Driving
It is not known whether Canmab 440mg Injection alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.
Kidney
Canmab 440mg Injection is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Canmab 440mg Injection may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
Liver
